【研究方向及兴趣】主要从事心理行为及慢性病流行病学，儿童青少年健康相关研究工作，以第一或通讯作者在JAMA Pediatrics、JAMA Network Open、BMC Medicine、Brain Behavior and Immunity等国际期刊发表相关科研论文60余篇。
【主要承担或参与课题】
主持了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、4项广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广州市科技计划项目及多项横向课题在内的多项重要研究课题，并作为核心成员参与国家科技创新2030-“脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目。
